Lawyer with specializations in Labor Law and Industrial Relations and Tax Law from the Externado de Colombia University; master’s degree in Law with emphasis in Economic Law from the same University. Attendee of the prestigious Law and Economics Course at Harvard University and the Rafael del Pino Foundation. He has been a strategic compensation consultant for human resources departments in national and multinational organizations\n<\/p>\n
