Lawyer with specializations in Labor Law and Industrial Relations and Tax Law from the Externado de Colombia University; master’s degree in Law with emphasis in Economic Law from the same University. Attendee of the prestigious Law and Economics Course at Harvard University and the Rafael del Pino Foundation. He has been a strategic compensation consultant for human resources departments in national and multinational organizations

Through his legal practice, he has helped numerous international clients apply the complex labor and tax regulations that exist in Colombia. He is a member of Boards of Directors and a professor of Social Security and Parafiscal Contributions at several Universities in the Country.
